korea travel in seoul.(Myeong-dong)

 korean restaurant
Nengmyun with Meat

Myeong-dong is mostly a commercial area,

being one of Seoul's main shopping and tourism districts.

I'D LIKE TO recommened to you korean tastey food & korean restaurant.

Nengmyun with Meat   at   Myeongdong.

Naeng-myun, meaning "cold noodles"is a Korean noodle dish of long and thin handmade noodles

made from the flour and starch of various ingredients: buckwheat potatoes,

sweet potatoes,  naengmyun made with the starch from arrowroot

(darker color and chewier than buckwheat noodles),

and kudzu. Varieties with ingredients such as seaweed and green tea are available.

In South Korea it is a summer dish, rarely eaten during other seasons.
Nengmyun with Meat

naengmyun is cold, refreshing, tasty, and filling.

A recent phenomenon has been the rise of naengmyun houses giving some meat as a side

accompaniment, and for the low price.

The nengmyun flavor is a bit monoflavorful, so mixing it meat is a welcome addition.
